KKC Supply Co. – Order & Protection Policy

At KKC Supply Co., we’re committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and transparent shopping experience. Please take a moment to review the following important policies before placing your order:


🛒 Order Policy

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, edited, or modified—this includes applying discount codes after the fact.

  • Please carefully review your cart before completing checkout.

  • If we choose to cancel an order, store credit will be issued and linked to your customer account.

  • Missing an item? Please contact us within 48 hours of your package being delivered. Pictures of all unopened packages, packing slips, and items will be needed. Once an inventory check is completed, you will receive a store credit only. You must have a customer account to receive the store credit. 
  • If your order arrives correctly but you decide to return the items because they are not what you expected or you change your mind , YOU will be responsible for the return shipping costs to KKCSC. Once the items are received and inspected, you will be issued a refund for the items received  


📦 FREE Route Package Protection

  • Route Package Protection is now FREE and automatically added to every order!

  • This protection covers your package against loss, theft, or damage  

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you can file a quick and easy claim with Route here:

🔄 Refunds & Claims

  • Here’s a breakdown of Route’s claim timeframes:

    • Lost Packages (never delivered):
      Claims can be filed 7 days after the last tracking update (for U.S. orders), and must be submitted within 30 days of the last update.

    • Stolen Packages (marked as delivered but not received):
      Claims must be filed between 5 and 15 days from the delivery date.

    • Damaged Packages and/or items:
      Claims must be filed within 15 days of the delivery date, with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Not following these guidelines could result in your claim being denied 

🚚 Shipping Address & Delivery

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees.

  • If these fees are not paid within 48 hours, your order will be refunded.


✍️ Signature Requirement

  • KKCSC may require a signature on other orders at our discretion for security purposes.
