Order Processing & Delivery Information

At KKC Supply Co., we strive to ensure a seamless and reliable shopping experience. Please review the following important information regarding order processing, delivery, and package protection:


Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-5 BUSINESS days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times are subject to change at any time without notice. Please find our current processing times at the top of our website and in our terms and conditions at checkout. *Note-after sales/discounts, processing times may be extended without notice. 

Delivery Time:
Delivery timelines vary depending on the shipping carrier and location. Please note that delivery time is in addition to processing time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping:
At KKCSC, we always take into consideration the shipping method you select at checkout (e.g., USPS or UPS). However, we reserve the right to choose the final shipping carrier based on factors such as package size, weight, and destination.

This will not affect any expedited or upgraded shipping methods chosen by the customer—those will always be honored as selected.


Delivery Scans & Missing Packages:
In some cases, packages may be marked as “delivered” prematurely. If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Allowing 1–2 business days for the package to arrive.

  • Checking with neighbors or around your property.

  • Contacting your local post office for assistance.

If the package is not located, please proceed with the claims process below.


Route Package Protection – Now Included FREE with Every Order

To better serve our customers, Route Package Protection is now automatically included at no additional cost on every order. This coverage protects your shipment against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Signature Requirement:
Orders over $150 will require a signature upon delivery. KKC Supply Co. may also require a signature on other orders at its discretion.
